Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or special order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods and Times
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day): 2 business days  
- Express Shipping (UPS Next Day): 1 business day

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200.

Our products are precision electronic devices that require careful handling. All items are packaged in anti-static materials and protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Geographic Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available upon request - contact Sales@foxydynamics.com for international orders.

Delivery
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address.
