Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unmodified, in original anti-static packaging with all included components and documentation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@foxydynamics.com. Please send returns to the address we provide in our return authorization email. Do not send items without prior authorization.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Technical Products Notice
Our interface modules are precision electronic devices intended for installation by qualified technicians or equivalent. We strongly recommend contacting our technical support team at Sales@foxydynamics.com before purchase if you have any questions about compatibility or wiring.

 

Installation Requirement
These products require technical knowledge of automotive electrical systems. Installation by qualified personnel is recommended. Damage resulting from improper installation voids return eligibility.

 

Defective Items vs. Installation Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and test in a controlled environment before installation. Contact us immediately if the item is defective (dead on arrival), damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item. Note: Issues arising from incorrect installation, improper wiring, or incompatible vehicle systems are not considered defective products and may not be eligible for return.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or customized products (such as special orders or customized electronics). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We also cannot accept returns on:
- Products damaged by incorrect installation or wiring
- Items damaged by electrostatic discharge (ESD) due to improper handling
- Products that have been modified, reprogrammed, or reverse-engineered
- Items damaged by overvoltage, reverse polarity, or electrical surges
- Products showing evidence of attempted repair or modification

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Technical Support
Before initiating a return, we encourage customers to contact our technical support team. Many issues can be resolved through proper configuration, wiring verification, or firmware updates. Technical support is available at Sales@foxydynamics.com.

 

Warranty
Our products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, or electrical surges. Warranty claims should be initiated by contacting Sales@foxydynamics.com with proof of purchase and description of the issue.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items that have been opened, tested, or removed from original packaging, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unmodified, in original anti-static packaging with all included components and documentation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
